The SPL20 is a fully integrated single-channel dToF (direct Time-of-Flight) ranging mini-module that incorporates a highly sensitive infrared-enhanced SPAD sensor, achieving ranges of up to 20 m. Utilizing a fully integrated SPAD chip solution, histogram statistical algorithms, and a fast TDC architecture, it delivers high-precision distance measurement. It also features sunlight resistance of 15 m @ 100 KLux and includes reflectivity correction.
Combining a compact size, lightweight design, accurate long-range measurement capabilities, and excellent performance under strong ambient light, the SPL20 is an ideal choice for miniature dToF applications.
